Pollo alla Cacciatora (known outside Italy as Hunter’s Chicken) makes the most of sweet tomatoes, garlic, olives and green herbs to create a sauce filled with everything we love about the cooking of Italy.

Simply sear some meat – chicken, meatballs, sausages and even fish. Simmer in the sauce and serve, whilst dreaming of sunny, Mediterranean climes.
