How to place an order
• Browse the website and add the products you want to buy to your basket
• There is no minimum spend so you can buy just what you want to.
• Once you have chosen your products, press “Proceed to Checkout”;
• If you are sending a gift you can add a special message at this point
• Add the delivery address. Making sure it is right so that our driver or courier can find you easily (apartment number, name on door phone etc.)
• Choose your payment method (credit or debit card or Apple Pay)
• Add a promotional code if you have one
• Then “Continue to Payment Details”;
• Check your order summary and confirm and leave the rest to us!
How to find allergen information
Please refer to product descriptions on our product pages. We list all ingredients including allergen information highlighted in bold or you can download a pdf here
How to amend or cancel an order
We will do our best to amend any order if it has not already been marked as dispatched.  You can send an email to info@sacla.co.uk with your order number and the products you want to add or amend.
And if you really want to cancel your order you can do so,  as long as it hasn’t been dispatched.  Either call us on 01494 687900 or email us at help@sacla.co.uk  .
Is there a minimum order value
You can buy any quantity of product from us,  there is no minimum order amount.

Is there a delivery charge?
All orders over £35 are delivered free of charge straight to your door.

What delivery options do you offer?
We will deliver your order within 3-5 day and it’s free if you spend over £35.  Any orders under £35 will cost £6 for us to deliver.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship within Mainland UK (this does not include Northern Ireland, The Scottish Highlands and Islands, The Isle of Man, The Channel Islands or the Isles of Scilly).  If this does not work for you please do get in touch at help@sacla.co.uk and we will do our best to help you.

Who will deliver my order?
DPD are our preferred delivery partner.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is despatched, we’ll email you with a tracking number so that you can follow your order online with our courier.

Can I return any items?
We can’t exchange or refund any consumable items, personalised items or special orders, except where the item is faulty.  Contact us on help@sacla.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help you.
Can I return personalised products?
Personalised products cannot be returned and are non-refundable. We can only exchange or refund if the message is incorrect due to an error on our part. If this is the case, then please contact us at help@sacla.co.uk and we’ll do everything we can to resolve the problem.
What do I do if my order is incomplete?
If you have received your order with something missing, please contact us straight away (help@sacla.co.uk) with the details so we can investigate it for you.
What can I do if my goods are damaged or incorrect?
Please send an email to help@sacla.co.uk stating your order number and detailing the missing or damaged products. If your products are damaged please send photos too. Your refund will be made to the card that was used to purchase the products.
Can I place an order over the telephone?
We do not currently have any facility for you to order over the telephone.  Please contact help@sacla.co.uk. During office hours and we’ll do our best to help you.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
We offer a gift wrapping service which is £3.00 per order or free for individual items over £100.

Sacla’ Recycling
We take our responsibilities towards our environment seriously, doing our bit whenever and wherever possible.
When it comes to recycling, Sacla’ glass jars are fully recyclable, as are our lids, paper labels and trays.
We recently launched Pesto Pots to help minimise waste when a jar is just too big for single households or when convenience is paramount.  These plastic pots are not always recyclable, depending on where in the country you live and your local council’s capability.
So if you aren’t able to recycle the pots, try re-using them instead.  They make great snack pots, leftover pots, dressing pots, spice pots, salt and pepper pots, anything goes pots.  And outside the kitchen how about seedling pots, paint tester pots, stationery pots and even jewellery pots.
There’s a Pesto for everyone and a pot for everything!

All our products are made in Asti, Italy. Our UK office is mainly responsible for sales and marketing, and getting the jars on to shop shelves of course!
