How can I manage my delivery?

We’ve selected DPD as our logistics partner as they offer our customers the most flexibility to manage their delivery. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We also recommend that you download the DPD app from the App Store or Google Play, as it will keep you up-to-date with your parcel’s location and give you more control over your order delivery.

It’s important to note that if you’re not home when DPD deliver your parcel, and you haven’t given permission for it to be left with a neighbour or in a safe space, they will deliver it to the nearest pick-up location. If this is not convenient for you, you can adjust and manage this directly with DPD.

What can I do if my goods are damaged or incorrect?

Please send an email to help@sacla.co.uk stating your order number and detailing the missing or damaged products. If your products are damaged please send photos too. Your refund will be made to the card that was used to purchase the products.

What do I do if my order is incomplete?

If you have received your order with something missing, please contact us straight away (help@sacla.co.uk) with the details so we can investigate it for you.

Can I return any items?

We can’t exchange or refund any consumable items or special orders, except where the item is faulty. Contact us on help@sacla.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help you.

How to amend or cancel an order?

We will do our best to amend any order if it has not already been marked as dispatched. You can send an email to help@sacla.co.uk with your order number. We cannot add items to an order that has been placed. We can cancel it and the customer can do it again as long as it hasn’t been dispatched. Has Sacla' changed their recipe, as it now says "not suitable for peanut sufferers" on the label?

Sacla’ Pesto sauces are still made to the same family recipes. We have recently updated the allergens on our labelling to make clear that some recipes are not suitable for nut and peanut allergy sufferers.

This is because Sacla’ Pesto is made with cashew nuts, which can feature in the same supply chain as other nuts and peanuts. While we take every precaution to manage cross contamination of our cashew nuts, and we carry out significant testing, there is a very small chance that cross contamination can occur.

I have a peanut allergy, when can I eat Sacla' Pesto again?

Sacla’ Pesto is made with cashew nuts, which can feature in the same supply chain as other nuts and peanuts. While we take every precaution to manage cross contamination of our cashew nuts, and we carry out significant testing, there is a very small chance that cross contamination can occur. On this basis, most Sacla’ Pesto recipes are not suitable for nut and peanut allergy sufferers.

Customers with a peanut allergy can enjoy our recipes using products which are made without cashew nuts: 

- Pesto (Fiery Chilli Pesto, Roasted Pepper Pesto, Fresh Coriander Pesto, Vegan Tomato Pesto)

- Paste (Sun-Dried Tomato Paste) 

- Layered Sauce (Roasted Pepper Pasta Sauce, Artichoke Pasta Sauce) 

- Vegan Sauce (Vegan Bolognese Sauce, Vegan Ch**se Sauce, Vegan SuperGreen Sauce, Vegan White Sauce) 

- Whole Cherry Tomato (Whole Cherry Tomato with Basil, Whole Cherry Tomato with Burrata, Whole Cherry Tomato with Chilli, Whole Cherry Tomato with 'Nduja, Whole Cherry Tomato with Parmesan) 

- Mac'n'Cheese (Mac'n'Cheese Sauce, Mac'n'Cheese Sauce with Truffle)

- Intenso (Tomato & Garlic Intenso, Sweet Red Onion & Gorgonzola Intenso, Spicy Chilli & Mozzarella Intenso, Tomato & Mascarpone Intenso, Tomato & Olive Intenso)

How do I find allergen information?

Please refer to product descriptions on our product pages. We list all ingredients including allergen information highlighted in bold.

The website is not working properly

Our website works on the following browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Mobile Safari and Mobile Chrome, and the following operating systems: iOS, Android, Windows, MacOS. You may encounter issues if the browser you are using is not up-to-date. We recommend that you check your settings and update to the latest version. If you are still having issues, please get in touch and we will be happy to investigate. Let us know what device you are using (What type of laptop, tablet or mobile phone) and which browser and we will get our technical team to look into it for you.

Is there a minimum order value?

You can buy any quantity of product from us, there is a minimum order of £15.

Is there a delivery charge?

We offer Free Shipping on most orders over £45. You can find more information here.

If you wish to order to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man delivery cost is £21

We don't deliver to Northern Ireland

What delivery options do you offer?

We will deliver your order within 3-5 working days providing you place your order by 12pm. For example, any order placed at 11.30 on a Saturday, will be delivered within 3-5 working days. 

Our orders are dispatched by DPD. Full tracking information is supplied within your dispatch email.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship within Mainland UK. More information about our shipping policy can be found here.

Who will deliver my order?

We will deliver your order via DPD.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is despatched, we’ll email you with a tracking number so that you can follow your order online with our courier.  Any changes to your delivery or any special instructions can be made my clicking on your tracking number.

Can I place an order over the telephone?

We do not currently have any facility for you to order over the telephone. Please contact help@sacla.co.uk. During office hours and we’ll do our best to help you.


Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

We do not offer gift wrapping service at the moment.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account with us at any time. To stop receiving newsletters from Sacla’ you can click the unsubscribe link in any of the emails you have been sent. Alternatively, log into your account here and under “Personal preferences” untick the “Newsletter Subscription” box and click the “Update my preferences” button. If you wish to reverse this action, you can do so at any time.

If you would like your details to be fully deleted from our systems, please use the contact us form on this page. We will delete your profile from our email and website systems within 14 working days. Please note that you are welcome to join us again at any time, however we will be unable to reinstate any loyalty status you have previously accrued.

Sacla’ Recycling

We’re doing all we can to look after our wonderful planet, and are doing our bit whenever and wherever possible.

Most of our packaging is recyclable and we are working hard to make sure all of it is. Our glass jars and metal caps are made with 15% recycled materials, and our cardboard trays are made with at least 40% recycled material.

You might have seen that we also sell Sacla’ Pesto in pots. This means there’s no food waste when a jar is just too big for a smaller household. These plastic pots are recyclable but not all local councils can currently manage this.
