Who will deliver my order?
We use DPD as our logistics partner as they offer our customers the most flexibility to manage their delivery and highest first time delivery success.
As soon as your order is despatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We also recommend that you include a valid UK mobile number when you place your order, as it will keep you up-to-date with your parcel’s location and give you more control over your delivery.
We deliver to all of the UK including Northern Ireland (additional charge), Scottish Highlands and Islands. Please be aware remote locations can take a few days longer.
Due to an amazing response to our Black Friday deals, our standard deliveries are running a little behind schedule and may take a little longer than we’d like, please allow an extra day or two. We’re sorry, we’re busy working to rectify this and normal service will resume very soon. Thanks for understanding!

Can I track my order?
Once your order is despatched, we’ll email you with a tracking number so that you can follow your order online with our courier.
You will also receive a text message update on the day of delivery with an approximate delivery time. Please make sure you include a valid mobile number when purchasing for delivery updates by text.
The delivery driver will deliver to the person named on the delivery address, if the person is not in, they will attempt to deliver to a neighbour and take a photo as proof of delivery, a physical signature is no longer required.
If neither of these are available a note will be left and a further delivery will be attempted the next working day. Please be aware after two unsuccessful delivery attempts the parcel maybe returned to the depot and maybe returned back to us.
