Intenso is an Italian word meaning intense, rich and deep, and that’s exactly what Sacla’ Intenso Pasta Sauces deliver in flavour. Across Italy, pasta sauce recipes have been practised, perfected and passed down through generations, and these little jars of pasta sauce are the closest you’ll find to authentic Italian home cooking.

In Italian, Arrabbiata means “angry.” Sacla’ Arrabbiata Intenso is a rich tomato-based sauce bursting with the bold flavours of red chilli peppers and garlic. Its name reflects the fiery heat of the chillies, said to make the sauce “angry” - or to turn the face of anyone who eats it as red as the sauce itself.

Alfredo Pasta Sauce was created in Rome in the early 20th century by Alfredo di Lelio, an Italian restaurateur. It is a rich, white pasta sauce made with cheese, butter and cream.

We want everyone to enjoy the comfort of a classic Bolognese, so our Vegan Bolognese Sauce follows the traditional recipe for rich, hearty flavour - but we’ve swapped the meat for clever pea protein that delivers the same satisfying texture.

We use only the finest ingredients in our pasta sauces, which are all made in Italy, and our Whole Cherry Tomato varieties are no exception. Each jar is packed with a generous handful of whole cherry tomatoes, offering a naturally sweet flavour and a beautifully rich texture.
