Cook the pasta until al dente, then toss it with the Pesto and a splash of pasta water. For the perfect single serving, use 100g of dried pasta and half a jar of Pesto. It’s great for busy people who still want a meal bursting with flavour.
Since Sacla’ Pesto is pasteurised, unopened jars don’t need to be kept in the fridge. Simply store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and use them before the ‘Best Before’ date. Once opened, keep the jar refrigerated and enjoy it within two weeks - its flavour and quality will remain delicious. Dried pasta also has a long shelf life and doesn’t require refrigeration, making Pesto and pasta the perfect store-cupboard staples - a truly heavenly pairing.
