Classic Basil Pesto Cheese on Toast

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 pot Sacla’ Classic Basil Pesto
  • 50g Cheddar cheese, roughly grated
  • Salt & black pepper to taste


  1. Place the slices of bread on a baking tray and lightly grill on one side
  2. Turn the bread over and spread generously with Sacla’ Pesto
  3. Scatter over the grated cheese and grill again until it has melted. Season and serve
