Sal De Riso

Salvatore De Riso learnt his craft working in kitchens and hotels along Italy’s beautiful Amalfi coast, before opening his own small bakery at the ripe old age of 22. There he finessed his creations, using equipment he borrowed from his mother, and the communal oven in his home town of Minori. He has won more awards for his famous cakes and pastries than we can even begin to share here - they’re all listed on the internet though if you’re curious.
