Truffle Pesto Tagliatelle
Another effortless pasta dish that's thrown together in minutes – yet tastes like it's taken hours to prepare. Use high quality bronze-died pasta and a good, nutty Grana Padano. Perfect for when you're time-pressed but need some sophistication!

Ingredients
- 200g Tagliatelle
- 2-3 tsp. Sacla’ Truffle Pesto
- Shavings of Grana Padano
Method
- In a large pan of boiling, salted water, cook the pasta to your liking
- Drain the pasta, then return it to the pan and stir in the Sacla’ Pesto
- Serve with lashings of Grana Padano cheese
