Pasta with Fiery Chilli Pesto & Kale

Quit staring at that bag of kale and make this super easy pasta recipe instead. Kale and sausages are a great match, and the intensity of Sacla' Fiery Chilli Pesto is the perfect foil for the leafy veg here. Cook your kale in the pasta water to save time.

Ingredients
- 300g pasta of your choice, such as Orecchiette
- Large handful of kale
- 1 jar Sacla' Fiery Chilli Pesto
- Parmesan, finely grated for serving, optional
How to make the recipe
Step 1
Add the pasta to a pan of boiling, salted water and cook for 10-12 mins or until cooked to al dente. Drain well and return to the pan with a tiny amount of the pasta cooking water
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook the kale in a pan of boiling water for about 10 mins or until tender, drain well and chop
Step 3
Toss the pasta with Fiery Chilli Pesto and kale, transfer to serving bowls and top with Parmesan
