Basil Pesto Caprese Sandwich
INGREDIENTS
- 1 loaf sourdough, fresh
- 1 ball Mozzarella, torn into bitesize pieces
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- ½ jar Sacla’ Classic Basil Pesto
- 1 handful basil leaves, to garnish
- Extra virgin olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the sourdough into slices
- Lay tomatoes and mozzarella on top and spoon over Classic Basil Pesto
- Scatter with fresh basil leaves and a little extra virgin olive oil
- Cut into wedges and grill for a few minutes to have them hot
