Slowly aged for 60 days, each clove has a sweetly caramelised 'umami' flavour that complement other ingredients beautifully. Made using only PDO garlic from Voghiera – famed for its delicate flavour – these soft, dark cloves can be used to season pasta, risotto and enhance cheese dishes. And it's amazing spread simply on crackers and fresh bread.
