Penne with Tuna & Olives
Ingredients
- 400g Penne pasta
- Sacla’ Tomato & Olive Intenso
- 200g canned tuna, drained
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp. flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, zest
Method
- In a large pan of boiling, salted water, cook the pasta to your liking
- Meanwhile, heat the Sacla’ Intenso in a pan over a low heat
- Add the tuna, broken into large chunks
- Carefully stir so as to not break up the tuna and season to taste
- Drain the pasta and divide between warm plates
- Spoon the sauce over the pasta
- Garnish with a sprinkling of parsley and lemon zest
