Penne with Tuna & Olives

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 400g Penne pasta
    • Sacla’ Tomato & Olive Intenso
    • 200g canned tuna, drained
    • Salt & black pepper to taste
    • 1 tbsp. flat-leaf parsley, chopped
    • 1 lemon, zest

Method

  1. In a large pan of boiling, salted water, cook the pasta to your liking
  2. Meanwhile, heat the Sacla’ Intenso in a pan over a low heat
  3. Add the tuna, broken into large chunks
  4. Carefully stir so as to not break up the tuna and season to taste
  5. Drain the pasta and divide between warm plates
  6. Spoon the sauce over the pasta
  7. Garnish with a sprinkling of parsley and lemon zest
