Chicken and Olive Pasta with Crispy Breadcrumbs
Ingredients
- 300g fresh pasta
- 190g jar Sacla’ Tomato & Olive Intenso
- 150g chicken, cooked & shredded
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 3 tsp. breadcrumbs
- Chopped parsley to serve
Method
- Cook the pasta until al dente in a large pan of boiling, salted water
- Drain and reserve 1 tsp of the cooking water
- Stir through the Sacla’ Sauce and chicken with 1 tsp of the cooking water
- Season and divide between bowls
- Serve topped with crispy breadcrumbs and chopped parsley
