Chicken & Olive Pasta with Crispy Breadcrumbs

A sprinkle of toasted breadcrumbs and fresh parsley add crunchy texture to this quick, easy pasta dish. Sacla' Tomato & Olive Intenso sauce and shredded chicken add bold flavour, while fresh egg pasta makes it extra decadent.

  • 300g fresh pasta 
  • 190g jar Sacla’ Tomato & Olive Intenso
  • 150g chicken, cooked & shredded
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 3 tsp. ready cooked breadcrumbs
  • Chopped parsley to serve


  1. Cook the pasta until al dente in a large pan of boiling, salted water
  2. Drain and reserve 1 tsp of the cooking water
  3. Stir through the Sacla’ Sauce and chicken with 1 tsp of the cooking water
  4. Season and divide between bowls
  5. Serve topped with crispy breadcrumbs and chopped parsley
