Manfredine 500g by Pasta Buondonno

Rated 5.0 out of 5
Based on 1 review
A long, thin cut with curved, ribbon edges to scoop everything up, this shape is best when served with more delicate sauces. Although it goes under many different names, it’s now more commonly referred to as mafaldine, named in honour of Princess Mafalda of Savoy who died during the Second World War.

Fun to cook, nice to eat

It was quite a challenge getting these long, broad strips of pasta into hot water, but they added great interest to my improvised pasta sauce.
