Take lasagne al forno back to its extravagant origins with these exceptional pasta
sheets from Alfieri. Each one is crafted in Piedmont, using fine ingredients that ensure a
rounded yet subtle taste that elevates every bite. First-mill durum wheat semolina is
combined with fresh Grade A eggs and there's no added extras to compromise this artisan pasta.

After rolling it into thin sheets, the sheets are dried to lock in their flavour. Layered with ragù and besciamella sauce, the pasta fuses the dish together, creating one of Italian children's most prized special occasion dishes. Our top tip is always to make your lasagne the day before, then re-bake it before serving. That's how centuries of Italian mommas and 'nonnas' have been doing it, and we wouldn't have it any other way!
