Confetti Maxtris

Sugared almonds are sometimes referred to as confetti. In Italian, confetti means "candied" and for a wedding or celebration it refers to sugar coated almonds which symbolises the bitter sweetness of marriage and the beginning of a new way of life.

Davio and Nicola are at the helm today and have ambitious goals for maintaining the history, craftsmanship and mastery of sugar almonds alive.

Today, used at family celebrations including baby showers, christenings, coming of age, graduations, they are offered in every colour of the rainbow and an incredible range of flavours, from fruit to favourite desserts and even cocktails.
