Tomato & Olive Intenso Penne with Tuna and Capers

400g penne pasta

2 160g tins canned tuna, drained and roughly flaked  

4 tsp. capers

1 jar Sacla’ Tomato & Olive Intenso

Fresh basil for garnishing


1. Add the pasta to a pan of boiling salted water and cook for about 10-12 mins or as per pack instructions. Drain and return the pasta back to the pan.
2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the Tomato & Olive Intenso gently in a small saucepan, then toss it with the hot pasta, add the capers then gently stir through the tuna.
3 Divide up between the plates, and scatter over the basil to serve.
