Tomato & Garlic Intenso Spaghetti with Bacon and Mushrooms
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan. Lay the bacon rashers out on a non-stick baking sheet, put in the oven and cook for about 15 mins or until golden and beginning to turn crispy. Chop into bite sized pieces and put to one side.
2. While the bacon is cooking, add the pasta to a pan of boiling salted water and cook for about 10-12 mins or as per pack instructions. Drain and add the pasta back to the pan.
3. Heat the oil in a small frying pan, add the mushrooms and cook for a few mins until golden. Then add the mushrooms and bacon to the hot spaghetti. Heat the Tomato & Garlic Intenso gently and toss everything together.
4. Divide between plates and top with Parmesan to serve.
