Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Bolognese

Add a new family favourite to your recipe book with this twist on a traditional Bolognese ragù. Using Sacla' Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto, the intense flavours really make the sauce sing with richness.

Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 500g mince
- 400g chopped tomatoes
- 1 jar Sacla’ Sun-Dried Tomato Red Pesto
- 400g spaghetti
- Parmesan to serve
How to make the recipe
Step 1
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil into a pan and fry the onion and the mince until browned
Step 2
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook thoroughly
Step 3
Stir in the Sun-Dried Tomato Red Pesto
Step 4
Meanwhile, add the spaghetti to a pan of boiling water and cook as per pack instructions
Step 5
Drain the spaghetti and mix in with the mince and other ingredients
Step 6
Serve sprinkled with Parmesan
