Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Bolognese

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 500g mince
  • 400g chopped tomatoes
  • 1 jar Sacla’ Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
  • 400g spaghetti
  • Parmesan to serve


Method

  1. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil into a pan and fry the onion and the mince until browned
  2. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook thoroughly
  3. Stir in the Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
  4. Meanwhile, add the spaghetti to a pan of boiling water and cook as per pack instructions 
  5. Drain the spaghetti and mix in with the mince and other ingredients 
  6. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan
