Roast Chicken with Sun-Dried Tomato Paste
Give your Sunday roast a burst of sunshine with this easy, yet blissfully tasty chicken recipe. Stuffed with lemon, garlic and herbs – and burnished with Sacla' Sun-Dried Tomato Cook's Paste – the chicken takes on sensational flavours as it cooks.

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 4 whole garlic cloves
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 190g jar Sacla’ Sun-Dried Tomato Cook's Paste
Method
- Preheat your oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas mark 6
- Stuff the chicken with lemon, garlic cloves and rosemary
- Thickly brush the skin of the chicken with Sacla’ Paste and roast for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, until the juices run clear
