INGREDIENTS 

• 1 whole chicken
• 1 lemon, quartered
• 4 whole garlic cloves
• 1 sprig fresh rosemary
• 190g jar Sacla’ Sun-Dried Tomato Cook's Paste

INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/400°F
2. Stuff the chicken with lemon, garlic cloves and rosemary
3. Thickly brush the skin of the chicken with Saclà Sun-Dried Tomato Paste and roast for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, until the juices run clear
