Pesto Airfryer Salmon
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Salmon fillets
- ½ jar Sacla’ Classic Basil Pesto
- 3 tbsp. Breadcrumbs
- Juice and zest from ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

In a shallow bowl, combine Sacla’ Classic Basil Pesto and breadcrumbs to make Pesto-breadcrumbs. If you like a cheesy twist, add Parmesan too!

Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Spread the Pesto-breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet, pressing gently to adhere.

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil. Arrange the salmon fillets in a single layer, ensuring that they don’t touch.

Air fry for 8-10 minutes (180°C), or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Serve with cherry tomatoes, herbed potatoes and tenderstem broccoli.
