INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine Sacla’ Classic Basil Pesto and breadcrumbs to make Pesto-breadcrumbs. If you like a cheesy twist, add Parmesan too!
  2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the Pesto-breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil. Arrange the salmon fillets in a single layer, ensuring that they don’t touch.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes (180°C), or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  6. Serve with cherry tomatoes, herbed potatoes and tenderstem broccoli.
