This soft and golden organic olive oil from the Iblea Mountains in Sicily is not to be missed. Pressed exclusively from the local Tonda Iblea olives, it has incredible balance, offering aromas of fresh green tomatoes and lusciously fruity, herbaceous ﬂavours. 

Olive oil from Monti Iblei is one of the most famous in all of Italy, protected with its very own DOP status. Spedalotto's olive groves grow on a mountain plateau known as the Chiaramonte Gulﬁ, where the combination of limestone terroir and centuries-old olive production ensures the quality of the pressed oil is always second to none.
