This fruity and lightly acidic Limoncello drinking vinegar is full of the typical flavours of Italy’s Amalfi Coast. At its simplest, add bitter lemon, mint, and plenty of ice for a long summer cooler without a trace of alcohol! It’s oh-so-lovely with Prosecco and basil for a special spritz all year round. 

This versatile vinegar is perfect with salads. Drizzle over grilled fish, roasted meats and fruit salads to add a depth of flavour. And for something really special, simply splash over lemon sorbet and scatter with torn fresh mint (and maybe a little splash of vodka).
