Description
This balsamic vinegar of Modena is a perfect example of fine Italian quality. Its gold cap and 5 shields indicate the special quality of this vinegar. Made from a blend of Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes and harmonised through time by ripening in small casks made of different woods, this balsamic vinegar has a very soft taste. The barrel aging process gives it hints of chestnut, oak, cherry, mulberry and acacia and juniper woods. It is not too thick that you can’t use it for cooking, but we believe it is best served for drizzling.

This premium balsamic is perfect with Parmigiano Reggiano, Duck, Steak Tartare or, more daringly, with ice cream and strawberries.
