Salmon with Sun-dried Tomato Pesto
This salmon recipe is so simple and delivers a delicious meal full of Italian flavours. All you need is fresh salmon & Sacla' Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 x 125g fillet Salmon, skin on
- 2 tbsp of Sacla' Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan
- Arrange the salmon fillets on a non-stick baking tray
- Spread 1 tbsp of Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto on top of each fillet
- Bake the salmon fillets for 10 minutes until the fish is cooked through
