- 2 x 125g fillet Salmon, skin on
- 1 Sacla' Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Pot or 2 tbsp of Sacla' Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto

How to make the recipe
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan
Step 2
Arrange the salmon fillets on a non-stick baking tray
Step 3
Spread 1/2 a Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Pot or 1 tbsp of Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto from a jar on top of each fillet
Step 4
Bake the salmon fillets for 10 minutes until the fish is cooked through
