Salmon with Sun-dried Tomato Pesto
Can you make dinner with two ingredients? Absolutely you can. Take salmon fillets, top them with a jar of Sacla' Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto and get ready for a riot of vibrant, sun-drenched flavour that's perfect with a simple salad.

Ingredients
- 2 x 125g fillet Salmon, skin on
- 1 pot or ½ jar Sacla' Sun-Dried Tomato Red Pesto
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan
- Arrange the salmon fillets on a non-stick baking tray
- Spread 1 tbsp of Sun-Dried Tomato Red Pesto on top of each fillet
- Bake the salmon fillets for 10 minutes until the fish is cooked through
