Pasta Chips & Pesto Dips

Serves 4


  • 200g pasta 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp mixed dried herbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sacla’ No. 1 Classic Basil Pesto
  • Sacla’ No. 3 Char-Grilled Aubergine Pesto
  • Sacla’ No. 8 Fiery Chilli Pesto
  • Sacla’ No. 16 Nduja Pesto
  • Fresh herbs, optional


  1. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions and then drain.
  2. Preheat the oven to 170Fan/190*C and line a sheet with baking paper.
  3. Add the pasta to a mixing bowl and stir in the olive oil, mixed dried herbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss together. 
  4. Tip onto the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden and crispy and stir every 5-10 minutes to cook evenly.
  5. Serve topped with fresh herbs, if desired, and an assortment of Sacla’ Pesto.
  6. Best eaten fresh.
