Fiery Chilli Pesto Chicken Mini Fillets
This two-ingredient wonder can be stuffed into a pita, tossed into a salad or served with a steaming bowl of chips. Simply fry chicken mini fillets until tender, coat with spicy Sacla' Fiery Chilli Pesto, sizzle, and serve.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat
- Add the chicken, frying until lightly browned and tender
- Add Sacla’ Pesto depending on how fiery you like it
- Make sure all pieces are cooked through and serve immediately
