Chicken Goujons with Chilli Pesto Dip

These crunchy baked goujons are perfect for Saturday nights in front of the TV. Especially when dunked in our secret sauce – made from a mix of Sacla' Fiery Chilli Pesto for heat and mayonnaise for soothing creaminess.

Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts, skinless
- 80g Breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp Plain flour
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ Jar Sacla’ Fiery Chilli Pesto
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
How to make the recipe
Step 1
Slice 2 skinless chicken breasts into long thin strips
Step 2
Place strips in a bowl with flour and toss to coat
Step 3
Beat 1 medium egg in a shallow bowl
Step 4
Dip each chicken strip into the egg, then into the crumbs to coat
Step 5
Heat oil in a large frying pan
Step 6
Fry chicken for 10 minutes, turning halfway until chicken is golden and cooked through
Step 7
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together Sacla' Pesto with mayonnaise to make a dipping sauce
