Extra Virgin Olive Oil is one of the cornerstones of the Mediterranean diet and this year’s olive harvest is fast approaching. This moment in time, from early November until December is much celebrated, and every region will have its own festival to mark the occasion. One of our favourites is the festival in Imperia called “Olioliva” which takes place in November.
