Spaghetti 500g by Pasta Buondonno

Easily the most well-known and revered pasta shape – and Pasta Buondonno have got it absolutely right. Using only the best local ingredients, with fresh water from springs in the Monti Lattari, they understand that top quality pasta makes all the difference when cooking a real Italian dish. Although spaghetti is commonly served with a Bolognese ragu, its long and thin shape makes it much better for something slightly lighter – try a carbonara or a fresh tomato-based sauce.
