Nougat, just the way it’s meant to be. Egg whites are mixed with local Piemontese hazelnuts, candied orange peel and Italy’s finest honey, and steamed for over seven hours under the watchful eye of Barbero’s master sweet makers. Then the torrone is left to cool for a day before it’s shaped, cut, and ready to go. It takes a bit of time, but then what would you expect from some of the world’s most luxurious nougat.
