A product of careful in-house development, Eau de Vie Grappa Tremontis is a blend of several different types of Grappa, developed through distilling red and white pomace to produce a mild, non-aggressive Grappa.
Using Sardinian pomace that guarantees freshness from vine stock nasco, vermentino, Moscato, malvasia, cannonau and bovale with marked with fruity characteristics. Pomace is then distilled after topping and tailing. Following stabilising and cold filtering, this elegant and mellow Grappa is bottled and ready to enjoy.
