Gnocchi Sardi is also known as ‘little Sardinian gnocchi’, due to its Sardinian origins and resemblance to miniature gnocchi. But instead of being mixed with potato, Gnocchi Sardi is made from durum wheat flour and saffron. Benedetto has a deep history of producing excellent quality pasta, and this Gnocchi Sardi is no exception. Gnocchi Sardi is the most prepared traditional dish in Sardinia for special occasions – it’s delicious folded into a sausage and fennel ragu for a truly authentic taste.
