This is a typical Piemontese sauce made with plenty of anchovies, garlic and olive oil. Traditionally served with roasted peppers, boiled potatoes and white fish. It'll certainly keep the vampires away!

Absolutely delicious

This is a real “love it or hate it” condiment in our house. Fortunately, I am writing the review and it was absolutely glorious.

Raw vegetables are a great accompaniment to this.

Loved it, and when it is gone I’ll be ordering more.
