Spicy Peanut Butter Pasta

This gluten-free satay-style spicy sauce is also delicious for drizzling over a crunchy raw vegetable salad or as a dip.

2 tbsp. crunchy peanut butter

½ tbsp. soy sauce

2 tsp. vinegar, any type or lime juice

⅕ jar Sacla’ Vegan Chilli Pesto

3 tbsp. boiling water

75g gluten-free tagliatelle

Salt to taste

A few sesame seeds or chopped coriander leaves


  1. Mix the peanut butter, soy, vinegar or lime, and Sacla’ Vegan Chilli Pesto together. Slowly stir in the water until it has the consistency of double cream.
  2. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the pack instructions, until al dente, then drain.
  3. Transfer to a bowl, pour over the peanut sauce, toss well, sprinkle with the sesame seeds or coriander, and serve.
