Crispy Airfryer Tomato Pesto Gnocchi
INGREDIENTS
- 250g Gnocchi
- ⅔ jar Sacla’ Sun-dried Tomato Pesto
- 2 tbsp. Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Basil
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced
- 1tsp. Onion granules
- Sprinkle of grated Parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS
- Drizzle the gnocchi with olive oil in a bowl and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
- Arrange the gnocchi in a single layer in your air fryer basket (avoid overcrowding).
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the gnocchi is golden brown and crispy.
- While the gnocchi is cooking, heat a pan over medium heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in the Sacla’ Sun-dried Tomato Pesto and cook for another minute.
- Toss the cooked gnocchi with the Pesto sauce in a bowl. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves. Enjoy!
