Black Summer Truffles are Italian jewels, charcoal-like nuggets that grow underground in the roots of trees. Finding them requires the skill and dedication of truffle hunters, or Trifolau, with their highly-trained dogs. They keep their finds and locations a guarded secret, generally hunting at night, away from prying eyes.

Truffles deserve a starring role, so our Black Summer Truffle Pesto simply blends fresh truffle with smooth cashews, cheese, pine nuts, oil and a sprinkle of sea salt. That’s it!
