Tagliarini with Fresh Crab & Chilli Pesto
Tagliarini is tagliatelle's narrower cousin, used a lot in northern regions like Piedmont. Its silky strands tumble with fresh crab meat and Sacla' Fiery Chilli Pesto (if you don't want to open a jar, use two of our handy pots instead).

Ingredients
- 250g fresh Tagliarini
- 3 tbsp. Sacla’ Fiery Chilli Pesto
- 110g white crab meat, fresh
- 3 tsp. oregano, chopped
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to drizzle
Method
- Cook the Pasta in boiling, salted water until al dente, about 3-5 minutes
- Drain and stir through Sacla’ Pesto, crab and oregano
- Check seasoning and serve with a drizzle of olive oil
