Tagliarini with Fresh Crab & Chilli Pesto

Tagliarini is tagliatelle's narrower cousin, used a lot in northern regions like Piedmont. Its silky strands tumble with fresh crab meat and Sacla' Fiery Chilli Pesto (if you don't want to open a jar, use two of our handy pots instead).

  • 250g fresh Tagliarini
  • 3 tbsp. Sacla’ Fiery Chilli Pesto
  • 110g white crab meat, fresh
  • 3 tsp. oregano, chopped
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil to drizzle


  1. Cook the Pasta in boiling, salted water until al dente, about 3-5 minutes
  2. Drain and stir through Sacla’ Pesto, crab and oregano
  3. Check seasoning and serve with a drizzle of olive oil
