In 1948, Giuseppe Cipriani of Harry’s Bar in Venice invented a sparkly new cocktail in celebration of post-war peace and freedom - a blend of the juiciest small, white peaches and Italy’s finest Prosecco. Today we’ve transformed the traditional Bellini into an alcohol-free alternative, switching the fizz for fizzy mineral water, and making this gentle drink even more easy-going than ever. Serve with oodles of ice and sit back!
