A deliciously easy-going aperitivo – one with all the pizzazz you’d expect from a bubbly, but so much gentler than buck’s fizz. In 1948, Giuseppe Cipriani of Harry’s Bar in Venice invented a sparkly new cocktail in celebration of post-war peace and freedom - a blend of the juiciest small, white peaches and Italy’s finest Prosecco. Bellissimo! Serve chilled with friends.

Ingredients: Sparkling wine (SULPHITES), white peach pulp (20%), water, peach syrup, rectified concentrated must, prosecco DOC, colours: carmine and beta-carotene, preservative: potassium sorbate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, thickener: xanthan gum and pectins.

Alcohol: 5.5%

Contains real white peach pulp which may deposit on the bottom of the bottle. 

Serving/storage: Turn gently a couple of times before serving, service temperature 2-3c
