Sicilian Cannoli by Dolceria Corallo

When you’re the Corallo family, and you’ve been making authentic Italian pastries for generations, you’ve got your cannoli down to a fine art. This assortment of eight cannoli – the most traditional of Sicilian treats – contains a mix of creamy-crunchy centres (pistachio, chocolate and hazelnut), each cannolo hand crafted by Corallo’s master pastry chefs.

The quantity of each variety of cannoli varies from box to box!

Hazelnut filling: HAZELNUT cream 30% [Sugar, Vegetable oils (sunflower oil,
coconut oil, palm oil), HAZELNUT paste 2.5%, MILK, Cocoa butter, Maltodextrin,
Emulsifier: SOY lecithin, HAZELNUT 1.5%, HAZELNUT flavouring].

Hazelnut and Cocoa filling: HAZELNUT and cocoa cream 30% [Sugar, Vegetable oils
(sunflower oil, coconut oil, palm oil), HAZELNUT 14%, MILK, Cocoa powder, Cocoa butter, Lactose (MILK), MILK protein, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, HAZELNUT 1.5%].

Pistachio filling: PISTACHIO cream 30% [Sugar, Vegetable oils (sunflower oil,
coconut oil, palm oil), PISTACHIO paste 2.5%, MILK, Cocoa butter, Maltodextrin, Emulsifier: SOY lecithin, PISTACHIO 1.5%, PISTACHIO flavouring].

Nuts (hazelnuts, pistachio), milk, soy. May contains traces of other nuts.
