Fresh Coriander Pesto Prawn Wraps


  • Olive oil
  • 175g Raw King Prawns
  • 4 tsp Sacla’ Fresh Coriander Pesto
  • 1 Avocado
  • 4 Flour tortillas
  • A handful of Sacla' Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Herb Infused Oil


  1. Add some olive oil to frying pan and fry prawns, turning once
  2. Remove from frying pan and wipe clean
  3. Return pan to heat and add Sacla’ Pesto to the pan, return king prawns and toss in Pesto
  4. Dice avocado and add to wraps with prawns and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
