Hummus, Basil Pesto, Feta & Pomegranate Salad

Ingredients

  • 200g tub Hummus
  • 3 tbsp. Sacla’ Classic Basil Pesto
  • 100g Feta, crumbled into large pieces
  • 120g pack Pomegranate seeds, pre-prepared
  • 2 tbsp. coriander, roughly chopped
  • Grissini to serve

Method

  1. Empty houmous into a large shallow serving dish and generously spoon over the Sacla’ Pesto
  2. Scatter over the crumbled feta, followed by the promegranate seeds, finishing with the coriander
  3. Serve with breadsticks for dipping
