Broad Beans with Pancetta, Cheese and Oven Roasted Tomatoes


  • Olive oil
  • 150g Pancetta
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 400g Broad beans, frozen
  • Cubed Italian cheese
  • 285g jar Sacla’ Oven Roasted Tomatoes in Chilli Infused Oil


  1. Add a little olive oil to a frying pan and fry pancetta until golden
  2. Stir through garlic and cook for 2 more minutes
  3. Stir in broad beans and then the cheese
  4. Chop Sacla’ Tomatoes and add to pan
  5. Serve all together
