Pastificio del Colle have been making pasta using traditional artisan methods for 100 years, using the finest durum wheat semolina. It is no wonder this Taglione is named ‘Picasso’ with its colourful and lively appearance. Bring the rainbow to the table with this tagliolini and a simple, light-coloured sauce such as cacio e pepe (Pecorino and black pepper) or sage butter to really highlight this unique pasta’s beauty.
