Pastificio Del Colle Sviolante, ribbons of beautifully coloured pasta with crimped edges, perfect for nestling creamy sauces into. Pastificio del Colle pasta is made using artisan production techniques and is naturally coloured with no additives, using spinach, beetroot and even cuttlefish ink to achieve playfully striped pasta. Pair with light-coloured, simple sauces such as Summer Black Truffle Pesto and let the bright and brilliant pasta do the talking.
