New for 2022, the Chocolate Fondente Panettone is the latest creation from the house of Sal de Riso and is a must for every chocolate lover this Christmas. It’s made with 70% Guanaja dark chocolate – fondente as it‘s known in Italy, in both the rich dark panettone dough and the fudge-y chocolate cream topping.

We think this chocolate panettone is the perfect alternative (or dare we say addition) to Yule log for your celebrations this year and a delicious dessert served with whipped cream and a glass of something sticky- try our Black Madonna liquorice digestivi for something quite remarkable.
