This vegan bechamel sauce is what we like to call inclusive. Ideal for those who eat dairy and gluten-free, it also hits the spot for everyone else. They’ll never know the difference. We’ve replaced milk with soya, and flour with soya protein, to create a silky-smooth white sauce that doesn’t compromise on flavour. Looking for inspiration?
