We know flavour depends on the quality of ingredients, so we let them shine by adding only fresh basil leaves, chopped tomatoes and cherry tomatoes to a soffritto base of carrots, onions and celery. So much more than your average tomato and basil sauce, this jar can elevate even the humblest of meals. Ideas include griddled chicken and goat’s cheese, cod and tagliatelle, fusilli with tuna…the possibilities go on.
