A Neapolitan favourite. With its sharp capers and savoury olives, this much-loved pasta sauce has one of the most distinctive flavours of any dish around. We've put our own spin on things, adding juicy, plump, vine-ripened cherry tomatoes to create a powerful but delicately balanced ‘sugo’. It’s such an impressive flavour that it works for both an easy midweek spaghetti for a larger family and a dinner party ta-da!
